Optimal use of agricultural waste

The project is being implemented in several villages in Naqada Center, Qena Governorate, Egypt, including Al-Menshiya, Danfiq, and Al-Bahari Qamoula.

Problem Statement:

The project addresses the issue of environmental pollution caused by the open burning of sugarcane bagasse, contributing to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions that drive climate change.

Overall Objective:

To convert agricultural waste into organic fertilizers and raise awareness about the dangers of burning agricultural residues and their negative impacts on the environment.
